behno's Brand Book

Communications, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Associate

behno was a relatively new brand when I joined their team, as they had just transitioned from producing ready-to-wear clothing to creating unique, yet timeless luxury handbags. Therefore, I established a Brand Book for behno to develop and reflect their identity in every aspect of their business. From their mission, to their color palette; from their messaging and values to their social media presence, and everything in between, I designed this book for both internal and external use to capture and promote behno's vision for their brand.

Luxury Insider

Luxury Brand Marketing Associate

The Luxury Insider program was created to elevate Essilor Luxottica's Independent customer locations. As Luxury Brand Marketing Associate on the Trade Marketing Team, I meet with sales to produce visual merchandising solutions for our customers, communicate with the artwork agency and vendors to produce renderings, as well as manage and track installations. Through my work on the Luxury Insider Initiative, I have successfully contributed to creating many luxury brand destinations in our customers' locations, promoting our luxury sales.

Digital Advertising, Newsletter, and SMS Direction Deck

One of my most important and impactful projects at behno was the Digital Advertising, Newsletter and SMS Direction deck I developed to establish behno's aesthetic in their marketing. Based off behno's brand identity, designs, and market research, I created a template for behno's multi-channel marketing.  The Digital Advertising, Newsletter and SMS Direction deck acts as a guideline to aid in designing cohesive and captivating advertisements which help to build brand awareness and promote sales.

Behavioral Analysis of behno's Customers

Communications, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Associate

In order to tailor advertisements to best suit behno's customers, I first had to identify who our audience was and what they want. Therefore, I conducted research on Gen X and Xennials, from their interests and lifestyles to their look and buying habits. I displayed my research in the Behavioral Analysis, including a step by step guide to marketing geared towards our target consumer with best in class examples from competitors and action points. In doing so, I was able to build our customer base in our target audience.
